Wrong ADR placard for Acetylene (3374).

The "solvents" cargo type ADR placard (/vehicle/share/textures/adr_labels/solvents.dds) reports "3374", which reflects to "Acetylene; solvent free"[/url}, which is class 2.1. I couldn't even see a placard image on google, so maybe that is not even a valid material for the fuel tanker trailer. Besides, a "solvent free" acetylene is hardly a solvent, right? :}

So I see two courses of action to fix this:
1. just change the class number in the texture (will still not be sure it is congruent with the material -- solvent, it's very uncommon so had to tell it's appropriate to the fuel tanker trailer.
2. choose a more suitable solvent and replace it. A good candidate would be class 3's [url=https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_UN_numbers_1201_to_1300]Methanol (1230), which is much more commonly seen around and, [urk=https://organicchemistrydata.org/solvents/]according to this organic chemistry site, it is a common solvent[/url]. I could even find US placards like the texture one for Methanol, much safer I choice I'd say.

This 3374 placard is referenced mainly by def/vehicle/trailer_cargo/scs_fueltank/solvents_*.sii for various chassis length options.
