ADR 1169 replaced by 1197 by March 31, 2023

This is not really a bug, but an "immersion update" of sorts...

Recently ICAO, the agency that deliberates about ADR numbering deleted UN 1169 (which is used in the game for fuel tankers) and merged it in UN 1197: https://www.icao.int/safety/DangerousGo ... sByAir.pdf

And also according to them, real-world companies were allowed to keep using the ADR sign until March 31, 2023: https://www.icao.int/safety/DangerousGo ... N1197.aspx

So, I guess ATS should change the texture /vehicle/share/textures/adr_labels/aromatics.dds to reflect that change. Simple enough, right? Paste a "1197" over the old, superseded "1169" and that's it! \o/ Well, I hope, at least.
