I’m really disappointed with this preset. I found that the vanilla graphics in the 1.51 open beta, with a touch of additional ambient light from the AmbientLight shader in Reshade, look much more realistic.

This preset, on the other hand, makes the game appear overly colorful and somewhat fake.

This presets are called Enhanced Default not for no reason so don't expect fireworks from it.
What do you mean fake? The colors are more closer to real life than in vanilla for me. I never in my life and in the photos I take colors closer to vanilla game. Of course its not perfect beacuse nvidia presets doesn't have much settings to operate. For me ets2 lacks of colors and HDR specially at nights making them to bright also the game have weird constant fog(lacks of clarity). On the other hand newer games like fs22 are to much bright, to much bloom and washout. So my presets are kinda between them and setting kinda sweet spot for me. I've seen that you are always dissapointed about other graphics mods that doesn't fit in to your taste and wants from authors of the mods the throw almost everythink from their mods. Not everyone have the same opinion about graphics in this game. That's why i never used realisitic word in my presets beacuse i found that its to strong word and a relative term.

Nvidia Control Panel settings - Update
+Recomended graphics option for better performance with Nvidia presets
With 1.51 game update I noticed FPS drop by around 6%. That's not the main issue. The main issue with the latest game update is that the game tends to stutter often, and lags specially in big cities like Sarajevo and makes the overall gameplay not smoother. With that I updated the Nvidia Control Panel settings as well the ingame graphics settings so that the game will run better, smother without huge loss of graphics quality.

This texture filtering settings will mainly improve the smoothness of the game and slightly the FPS. The difference in image quality is barely noticeable.

Ingame graphics options for better FPS with very small lost of image quality
-Set every graphics options related to mirrors to Medium would improve your FPS. Image quality in mirrors would be still at resonable level. Setting this on low would make everythink rendered by mirrors pixelated. So Medium options is a sweet spot.
-Disable Secondary vehicle lights. The difference you would only spot during night. This option renders reflection of blinkers and brake lights on AI cars, buldings and vegetation.
This option at first may seems that adds just a little. But disabling this option would give you 5-7fps even if you dont turn on your blinkers or use brake.

-Improved image sharpness
(With this update of Nvidia presets the Sharpen filter is deleted. Image sharpening will be now done by Sharpen+ post process filter. The Sharpen+ filter gives overall better quality image without much of sharpering artifacts like film grain

This presets works the best with vanilla graphics
But you can use the graphics mods that are listed on first page

Well this presets and settings are about graphics not sound. And what is sonar sound settings? I never heard about it.
