New forum member, I think there's an option on my screen I'm not supposed to have

New member here, had a tech question about ATS and made a post. My concern is after I made my post, a message came up saying it would be looked over for approval.

There's a thing right at the top that says ? Post waiting approval: Disapprove Approve. The Disapprove and Approve are boxes that look like I can click on them, which I didn't, but wasn't sure if that was an option I was supposed to even be able to see? I didn't think that it was, so I just wanted to mention it.
