I have Washington extended 2.0.3 and Reforma 2.8.2 both showing as incompatible, do i need to edit the manifest ?

Not all no, I thought those didnt require all DLC's, *edit* Ok i should have read the DLC requirements in the first post, my bad.

Will i encounter problems if i dont use Terra maps? I have all the DLC's now but getting broken roads around Reno

Is one of the mods you are using overwriting these sectors or load order error, because I can see the area normally without any road breaks, but not yet with the latest EMMN Expansion+RCs

So its working fine, Real companies, gas stations & billboards Extended was causing the broken roads
