[International LT] - Part names cause misconception

Some parts names direct the player to think said parts, are exclusive to the "S13" package, while that is not the case. The name should be changed to reflect the model year which these parts can be spec'd (Example: Standard 2024 and Aero 2024).

As one can see in this picture, a 2024 International LT can be spec'd with those sideskirts (That have the plastic trim around the fill gaps) and with those new rubber fairings without being an S13 truck.
