I m trying to complete the task, i did everything right, but seems like a BUG, spended 8 hours loading the saved game and trying, idk what to do.

You are missing things from your bug report. SCS is going to need more information from you regarding this.

You should really be following the Bug Reporting Process.
You can never make a miserable person who complains about everything happy. They live by "If I can't be happy then no one can be happy."
