[Kansas] Overly Strict Railway Crossing in Colby

In Colby, this railway crossing is overly strict when it comes to detecting vehicles obstructing the track. In these screenshots, I was only slightly touching the stop line and well-clear of the barrier, but the train still felt the need to stop to avoid a collision.
