[BUG] Incorrect skyboxes / not reflecting the current weather since 1.49 Update

When the drops start falling and the rainy weather turns in, the skyboxes rarely reflex the fact. It's actually bright blue most of the time with light cloud cover here and there.

Properly heavy and dark clouds almost never happen to me. Tested exclusively on non-modded ATS 1.49 and 1.50.

It's really immersion breaking having a heavy storm with lightnings coming out of a blue sky like 80 percent of all storms.

On top of that, when it starts to rain, it rains for 250+ miles of road, which can happen, but should be extremely rare. Especially for storms.

A small thing with rain sound effect - whenever I am riding under a bridge, even for a split of a second, the rain sound abruptly stops, only to start again immediately which is also very immersion breaking. Lowering it's volume by let's say 60 percent should be sufficient but this way it feels like someone stop a record from playing all of a sudden if you know what I mean.

Please update the skyboxes - they should be in sync with the current weather like they used to be prior 1.49.

It happens to me here too, there's no more soaking on rainy days, it's become boring. Until 1.48 everything was ok but unfortunately no attention has been paid to this since 1.49. Rains with almost cloudless skies, whether day or night, this needs to be corrected.

Yeah I get a lot of "sunshowers" too. Some significant darkening of the light levels with the weather would help a lot too.
