Currently it is not possible to transfer the controls between both games (if between profiles of the same game) I will leave it noted to add before releasing a stable version of the application as it is necessary

You can re-enable Steam Cloud but remember that the app will not be able to detect your profile if you have Steam Cloud enabled in your profile
