Kässbohrer HCT mass_ratio sum > 1

Hi, I've found that the mass_ratio value in the HCT defs does not add up to 1 as specified here https://modding.scssoft.com/wiki/Docume ... railer_def

it looks like these for all 4 variants:

Don't know if it actually gives problems or not

This means the front trailer holds the full cargo weight and then the rear trailer hold some more weight, SCS please fix
