FlowBelow Wheel Covers Missing [246985]

The FlowBelow wheel covers introduced in 1.51 are missing on several trucks, the affected trucks are:

International LT
2014 Kenworth T680
Mack Anthem
Peterbilt 579
2014 Volvo VNL

Clean Profile

This bug is still present in 1.53 OB, just to let devs know in case it got missed.
