Game doesn't save settings and reports ALL local mods are missing

Always Reproducible
macOS Séquoia 15.1 (64bits)

Each time I launch the game, I have to redo all the settings for my Logitech G29. When trying to continue career, the game reports ALL local mods can't be found. The last time I played, they were all found. Not sure what's going on.

In Privacy and Security settings, I gave full disk access to the app.

I did uninstall and re-install the game from scratch. I deleted the "Euro Truck Simulator 2" in ~/Library/Application Support. I don't know what else I can do. American Truck Simulator works fine so I don't think it's my system. This all happened after I updated my system to macOS Sequoia (15.1).

The fact that one game works and the other doesn't makes it even less likely to be a bug and more likely to be a setup/configuration issue.

Since you seem to know, what bugs could it be after uninstalling the game and re-installing it? After deleting the "Euro Truck Simulator 2" folder in ~/Library/Application Support"? I don't know what bug it could be. I tried to clean everything and re-install everything.

I have no idea as I don't use a Mac.
