And a new loading place appeared. Previously, loading was always at the same place and there was no need to move anywhere.

In 1.49 everything worked fine, but since version 1.50 it's broken. Do you really enjoy everything that worked fine, you have to break it???????

This changed with the introduction of dynamic loading, and I don’t think they will be changing it back.

Well, they added dynamic loading, but why break what I wrote about???

Well in order to add it, some of the areas it’s done means you need to move to a different spot.

Hopefully they could change it so that if it’s not a dynamic load, it can just be loaded like it was before.

But as it is, I don’t believe this is a bug, more an intended consequence of adding dynamic loading for now.
