Game Crash in same area of Nebraska [MOD]

I am getting a game crash on I-80 just outside of Grand Island that occurs in the exact same spot every time. Disabled mods and used a SCS tractor and it still occurred. Game is up to date 1.52, The best I could pinpoint it was using the map just before I entered the area. It will crash just as I pass the offramp and the sign saying Grand Island. You actually have a lot of mods active. I'm almost betting its related to the tobj errors caused by the real companies, gas stations & billboards mod, as those replace existing textures.

I forgot to post a map of where this is occurring.

If I approach point 2 from the west, or point 1 from the north, it will crash to desktop. Same spot everytime.

I thought I had that mod deactivated on my clean run attempt. Let me try that again and ensure it is off

That was the one. When I reverted to my "stock" profile which I use to test with no mods, I apparently had the real names mods still active on that profile. Deactivated it and no crash now
