Is this for people who like rainy days? Can people who don't like rainy days use it?

If you dont like rain and playing with no rain then no.
The mod is for realistic rain & thunderstorm probabilities in summer in Europe and intensity of them. More details in first post.
You can use it and play with rain probability slider in settings. With 15% you will get a rain around every 3-4 days depending on region.

Hi. Can you make some adjustments for the fall version – reduce thunderstorms to almost 0, change the rain pattern?

@16tonn My mod are only for base game. Which is for summer weather. If you want fall then you can use grimes mods but then without my mod

Its not possible. Beacause the files related to weather are in files that are for skyboxes and lighting settings. You can only pick either only grimes mod or other mod. Grimes had its own skyboxes and lighting settings. If you add another graphics or weather mod his mod wont work
