Tennessee Pre-Research

#1 Post by Killer-Of-Night » 01 Dec 2024 22:04

So, one unique building, and possible delivery location that could be added in Tennessee, and in Memphis, would be the Memphis Pyramid.

Built in 1991 originally as a sports arena, it was later vacated by the teams, and sat empty till it was set up for long term lease by Bass Pro Shops.

Its located just off of I-40, and would serve as a nice backdrop to the city. https://maps.app.goo.gl/RcN3JuDanL1Zo8Fu8

As far as a delivery location, we currently don't have a sporting goods/outdoor store as one, but we did have Montera's (A stand in for Cabela's, which is now owned by BPS) added in to Nebraska. This location could be used as a Montera's store and added as a unique delivery location, with its loading docks located on the east and west side of the building (Though some images show the east side docks filled with shipping containers for storage)

I know Knoxville would eat up most of the space and it wouldn't make much sense to have until North Carolina adds a connection, but y'all should consider adding Gatlinburg as a scenic town for the Great Smokey Mountains National Park. The most visited National Park in the country.
