Visibility stripes

Hi, can anyone tell are this kind of visibility stripes mandatory anywhere else in Europe for roadworks vehicles or are these Finland only thing?

Never seen those here in Spain

In some places I've seen something similar in some road maintenance vehicles but because it was part of the graphic identity of that specific regional administration road maintenance department.

Seems that UK has those called "chapter 8 traffic management":
