The cutscene title of the Terrastore underground in Kansas City, MO is incorrect:

We read "Métro de Kansas City". In French "Métro" should be used for an underground public transportation system.

Therefore here is my suggestion:

• Souterrains de Kansas City -> "Undergrounds of K.C."

• Or, more precise, if the number of characters allow it:
  Centre d’activité souterrain de Kansas City -> "Underground activity center of K.C.". Source in French: https://phototrend.fr/2015/02/subtropolis-kansas-city
