Promods generic ambulance & firetruck DISABLED

Hello!

This simple mod disables Promods's generic ambulance and firetruck, which they used as a placeholder in countries, that are not covered with these units yet. But both vehicles truly break the country traffic immersion and it really bothered not only me.

So I created simple fix, which disables them from traffic.

IMPORTANT - mod has to be placed above Promods map files in mod manager!

Yeah, I use it, but I meant for countries where you have disabled the default models, for example, Moldova does not have its own ambulance
