Both ETS/ATS Is the same game core and it has been updated a lot last few years, happy happy about that
There is a But, There is 2 different very Old and very different Nvidia Game Profiles with very different settings set in them for the same game core and the Profiles have not been changed/updated for almost a decade, If you SCS have a Nvidia contact maybe it could be fixed. + I really wish I could know if the best is to just delete both profiles, create a clean one and ad the exe files to the profile.
