Re: SCS General Nonsense Thread
I was really hoping they’d circle back to a Southern state again. I don’t know why they’re avoiding it right now and sticking with all these northern states. It should be Mississippi, Tennessee, or Kentucky. The direction they’re going just doesn’t make sense, especially since it stayed in order for years.

Because the map would look weird if a southern state was next. North Dakota makes sense at this point to connect South Dakota and Montana. It would also fill Minnesota pretty well when they do that state.

What order exactly.avers95 wrote: 23 Jul 2026 00:43 I was really hoping they’d circle back to a Southern state again. If anything it's the far northern states that got skipped in the first place, especially North Dakota which is in the 'column' west of Louisiana. All of those are long overdue.
I could maybe see your point for Indiana, except for the part where Tennessee and Kentucky's connections to other states are absolutely diabolical without either Indiana or Mississippi.

SD is probably close to finished, so part of that same team has likely already moved on to ND.San_Sany4 wrote: 22 Jul 2026 17:41 Interesting. I expected that ND will be made by the same team that makes SD now.

I knew there will be something about it since they've posted today in their social media with a pic from Las Vegas (the current one)

Does anyone feel like the year + marketing cycle for DLCs is a bit overkill?
I feel like by the time it gets to the release date, I'm like...finally it's out instead of being excited.
I like the way the ATS reworks are being blogged and marketed, it's within one or two updates and then it's out it seems and it's lot more compressed and the topics generally are more interesting too.
Anyone else feel that way?
