So im not sure if this problem occurs for quite some time but I play on mouse+keyboard, with mouse using as accelerate, brake and steering. But I've noticed that my truck doesn't brake as it used to. Now it almost doesn't brake when i click my mouse and I have to click 2 times or press harder my mouse. This happening in ats can't remember if its also in ets2 since lately i go back to ats and take some break from ets2. Its annyoing and I already crash into few cars with family in them due to this thing

Why use the mouse for all of that? .-.

Not me since I use the keyboard for accelerate, braking and steering. Mouse is for free camara v:

Beacause it is the best option for my configuration. And after over 5 years I like this way

I have faced this several times and all of them were because of mouse button malfunction because of over usage from the games. Did you try it with a different mouse (preferably a newer one)?

Running key mouse, but using the classic WASD keys for movement
Mouse is steering, camera (Right mouse button as modifier), CC, retarder
Brakes are fine in this case

Well I bought my mouse few months ago, replacing the older one which was used for couple of years. I will check also other mouse when I go back to home. And do some test, since only it happens to me in normal gameplay

If I play more frequently the mouse lasts for 5-6 months till the LMB/RMB (assigned to throttle/brake) becomes erratic. I have switched to a controller and it's been good.
