TN+KY is a very weird shape but I agree and think it should come before Indiana. Lower chance for a IN+TN+KY dlc. But the next column of states really have to start multi state bundles. LA already pushing the limits for single dlc at 11.99. They can't expect people to continue being okay with small states at 11.99 imho.

I really doubt it. SCS generally stay away from controversial land, except if it's unavoidable, like Kosovo — it would've left a big hole in West Balkans map. But, for example, Moldova is not in the game, despite it wouldn't have taken much work to add it to RttBS before release or after. But Moldova could be skipped, and so it was.

It was skipped because it doesn't touch the Black Sea

I’d love to see Kentucky and Tennessee next since they’re close to my neck of the woods. East Tennessee might be tricky with the Great Smoky Mountain National Park and all the charming nearby towns. Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge are major tourist spots. I think I remember Pavel saying he’d like to get to Michigan someday, so Indiana could be next. It also feels like it’s time to bundle some states together, which would make more sense. Living in South Carolina, I think a North Carolina–South Carolina bundle would be a great idea. When they reach South Carolina, I’ll be a bit upset if they don’t include my city. just kidding, but I think they will. It serves a major area right off Interstate I-85 and it's part of the upstate region.

I have mixed feelings about Turkey being the next DLC. While its release is still some time away, it’s starting to venture into unfamiliar territory that SCS usually avoids, though they might need to move beyond that. I’d prefer to see countries not yet featured in the game, like Belarus, Russia, Ukraine, and Moldova. Another concern is that my favorite route from Going East feels outdated and untouched, especially from Poland into Hungary, and by then Road to the Black Sea might also start to show its age, making it a good candidate for a refresh like the Scandinavian cities received last year. Honestly, I thought they would head south into Africa with Morocco instead, lol. Less controversial

- Russia — you can forget about it. You know why.
- Ukraine — not until the war ends at least somehow. Even then, the de-facto situation on the land is very likely to be drastically different from wide international recognition.
- Belarus — about as controversial as Russia, and it would be quite hard to recreate. It doesn't have any good Street View coverage, neither on Google, nor on Yandex, not even on Mapillary. There is some, but not enough. And you can imagine KGB's reaction if a bunch of folks from a NATO country come to take photos of infrastructure of strategical importance.
- Moldova — even ignoring Transnistria problem, it's way too small to be a separate DLC. I can only see it either as a free update to RttBS (like Corsica to VLF!), or together with Ukraine, which means — see above.
