I compare this beta with the ETS2 beta.
ATS really has a lot of stuttering, but ETS2 doesn't have that problem.
I can't say for sure what it's connected with. It can also happen on a smooth road without complex prefabs.

I have RTX 3060, the latest drivers from June 17th.

I also have rtx 3060. Im on latest drivers from yesterday and so far dont have anny issues with game optimization. I will later today to a delivery in Cali to check it again. But with yesterday one delivery in Cali that was reworked in phase 4 I didnt have any issues. And for me game was running smoother with more stable FPS

For me it take around 4,5-5gb of ram and around 4-4,5gb of vram. Im playing on 1080p with 300% scaling, TAA, rtx3060 gpu. Whats your resolution and settings look like?

but we do not want to draw conclusion from first few reports.

if you are interested. you can try older drivers. but i do not mean just previous one. but an older one.
currently using nvidia web you can easy get back to 2024
where "oldest" driver for 4080 class is
Driver Version:566.14
Release Date:Tue Nov 12, 2024
i would be interested if this could change anything.
and i do not think going back just one or few versions may be enough. so i would save time and pick an older one. (ideally before 5xxx series was released)
Ok ill try that driver and get back to you - when i was using a Rtx 3070 the games run perfectly fine

What version should I go back to, the same: 566.14 or older? I have a RTX 4070 Super.

I am trying the 566.14 driver like the scs suggested its a little better but still getting occasional stuttering - seems to be a 40 series problem because on my 3070 it was fine

Ok so i tried 566.14 and its slightly better but still occasional stutter the only downfall is i cant play any of my up to date games like Doom as they require a newer driver so im at a loss as what to do - please can scs look in to this as im not the only person with a 40 series gpu having these problems

i5-12600K Stock
32GB RAM
RTX4070Ti, Driver 565.90
Windows 10, latest update

So I don't get much stutters but one stutter persists when saving the game automatically. Game is on nvme drive.
