To kick this thread off, some minor fixes and additions for the T680 Next Gen.

The headache rack locator is properly positioned on both 4x2 chassis.

Hood and grille models don't have that unsightly line down the middle anymore, but I want to transfer the normals from the pre-1.55 grille to improve the reflections.
Also added dark-mesh grille and standard-length cab deflectors.

I quickly whipped this concept up in Inkscape. It allows transmissions to have retarders as an option (instead of two identical versions with or without one) and to have options for different final ratios. This is far from perfect, but I believe it would be significantly better than ATS/ETS2's present system that leaves modders and devs with no choice but to bloat up the transmission menu with a million near-identical options. LoaderSaints's Eaton transmission mod, while excellent, is hampered by this limitation.
