[Iowa DLC] 35mph on highway

On highway 218 in Iowa, a section of the highway has the speed limit at 35mph.

From my own brief run tonight it appears that the MPH speed limit values for all of the DLC area were input as km/h instead (ie, instead of a 70mph speed limit it got put in as 70km/h).

@Kilonum Every report I've seen apart from this one was caused by mods (real fuel prices being the most common culprit).
I've you can reproduce the issue on a mod free profile, make new bug reports for each location, including coordinates and log files.

Speed limits on the highway at the intersection seems to be ok (both directions)

I reckon I saw those kinds of 35 mph limits right after entering some of the Iowa highways, but they usually change to normal speed limit soonly - but not instantly as they should (and the way it happens in other States).
