SCS as a company do not wish to have paid mods on this forum. While we understand that not all paid mods use the Intellectual Property of other companies/people, it is very hard to moderate what is and isn't acceptable when money is involved. With Eugene, yes it works because its for PGRS Eugene
I think it works on 1.55 because some friends said that it works on it

Will there be any progress in this mode? 
It would be nice to try an active tachograph, like virtualservice Animated Tachograph VDO 4.0 managed to do. But unfortunately, they don't care and there is no update... And if the phone holder is planned, just curious. Removed - Rule 2.3
