how do I Get an achievement reward If the Achievement no longer seems to exist

How do I get the Truck driver livery in ETS2 if the Achievement that I need no longer exists?

None of the steam achievements were linked to a reward.

And I can't see a WOT achievement that looks like it.
And I can't see a livery called Truck driver.

Do you have any further information on this achievement or reward?
