How to change my World of Trucks username?

Do I need to email support@worldoftrucks.com to change my username? And how long does it take?

I got my name changed and it took less than a week, in case anywant wants to do it in the future, the process is not straightforward, they have to send you a verification request for your steam profile. so dont expect to get throught it quickly, and I wouldnt bother the staff with it unless its really important and a one time thing.
