3 Stars - Record Times

Not sure if this is of interest to anyone, but I decided to challenge my self on a few of the driving proficiency courses. As they're all fairly achievable under normal 3 star conditions, I wanted to try for the best time possible while getting 3 stars.

So far I've completed 'Dirt Rodeo' in 2 minutes 23 seconds, but I think I can improve on that (video proof on my YT Channel).

Side note: I've complete both ETS2 & ATS Driving Academy (3 stars), hence why I wanted a bit more of a challenge.

Would love to hear your times, and suggestions for what course is considered difficult.
