Hired Driver isn't finding a job?

A single one of my 21 hired drivers does not seem to be able to find a job in the last few gameplay days, and I noticed that the console opened by "~" contained a bunch of entries of "Driver job generation failed" when I played for a long while earlier.

The driver in question's log contains at least 11 completed jobs (from other drivers I'm pretty sure the old jobs eventually expire off the log), although they don't have a lot of skills and are still rated at 0.8, and it seems that it's been about 5 game days since they worked. I have tried moving their truck to a different garage and back, and them to a different garage and back, and no dice. The truck is in 5 star condition.

(I do use a couple mods on this profile, one for some cosmetic items all the time, and sometimes the Discovery Map Helper. I wouldn't have thought these would impact the hired drivers function, although I suppose that's still a possibility.)

I have attached the game log only, as this issue isn't associated with a crash, and my crash file predates the issue and even my hiring of this particular driver.

If you have any owned trailers, make sure they are marked as private.

Thank you! That did indeed fix this problem and they're working again; there was a fuel trailer not marked private at that garage, which I don't believe the driver had the right skill to use anyway.

And that lack of skill would be the cause of the issue. For whatever reason the driver would select the trailer and then find no jobs.
