Removed the chrome strips from these otherwise wonderful sideskirts from the FH Tuning Pack

Not-so-fun fact: For several trucks, where paintjob textures are placed on some parts is determined by the paintjobs, not those parts themselves. This means that, for example, if a new sideskirt option is added, most paintjobs for that truck will have to be updated accordingly or the textures won't appear correctly on them. Tons of fun learning that yesterday!
