The funny part is that the several mods separated are conflicting, but when you put them all together in one mod there is not conflict and no stutterings.

If you combine them into one mod, there can't be multiple copies of the same file, thus there can no conflict.

Why copy something when you're just going to end up with the same problem again? It would be better to create a mod program that allows users to customize their trucks to their liking, and then implement that customization directly into the mod. This would reduce loading times and make the game run more smoothly.
