ETS2 Camera Controller Issue: "Look Left & Right" Not Working on PXN V10 Wheel and Keyboard

I'm currently experiencing a frustrating issue in Euro Truck Simulator 2 where the "look left" and "look right" camera functions are not responding—neither on my PXN V10 steering wheel nor on the keyboard (Numpad 4/6 or default bindings).
Setup:

Wheel: PXN V10 (connected via USB, D-input mode)
Platform: Laptop (Windows 10/11)
Game Version: Latest ETS2 update
Steam Input: Disabled
Mods: None / Minimal

Troubleshooting Tried:

Rebinding keys in ETS2 settings
Recalibrating the wheel via PXN app
Switching between D-input and X-input modes
Checking TrackIR settings (disabled)
Resetting ETS2 controls to default
Testing keyboard input outside the game (works fine)

Symptoms:

Camera won't pan left/right inside the cab view.
Numpad keys and wheel buttons mapped to look functions do nothing.
Issue persists even after restarting the game and PC.
Other camera views (external, top-down) work normally.

Questions:

Is this a known bug with the PXN V10 or ETS2's latest update?
Are there specific bindings or config file tweaks needed for PXN wheels?
Could this be related to Steam Input or a recent patch?
