I can't change my World of Trucks email address

Hello, I cannot change my email address because I deleted the email address registered with World of Trucks years ago, and the verification code is being sent to that deleted email address.
So, I reported the issue to support@worldoftrucks.com yesterday, and they got back to me 2-3 hours later, sending me a link and asking me to log in with my Steam account to verify account ownership.
After verifying my Steam account, the following message appeared on the site: "Thank you for verifying your Steam account. We will contact you shortly."
However, I still haven't received a response. When will they get back to me? Could you please help me?
