I've noticed when entering the gates of Gallon Oil in Bakersfield, the engine, tire whine, and game music are non-existent

The problem is not there with the Sound Fixes Pack, but it must be enabled for the fixes to take effect

This bug is still continues, no reverse gear, gps and environment sound.

Being reported and accepted does not guarantee a fix within any specific timeframe. The bug is in their database and will be addressed if and when they choose to do so.
