Delivery to Nomiq in Raton ended in teleporting underground near Topeka [300376]

I delivered an excavator to nomiq in Raton. It was the third location as there is three nomiq spots on the same road. I noticed that I didn't have any option besides being in a hurry which I didn't think much of. Once I clicked drive I was under the ground or in the air glitching out near Topeka. I reloaded an auto save from just before the delivery and had the same results. This is on game version 1.56 64 bit.
