bug with halloween event awards

Hello, I haven't received my Halloween rewards. The game counts everything, but the World of Trucks website shows that I only made 7 Halloween orders. Please help.

If the WOT website says you did 7, you only did 7 and the in game counter should have been showing 7.

The only way that SCS might accept this as an issue is if you have in game screenshots showing the event having been completed.

If you have them, email those screenshots and your WOT and steam details (account names/id's, not passwords) to support@worldoftrucks.com

There is no one on this forum that can help.
