Dallas, Texas - Floating lampposts on Interstate 35E

Driving south of Dallas, Texas on Interstate 35E, you can see floating lampposts at the concrete barrier separating the lanes.
It doesn't look good. In other areas of the game map, this is handled much better (see the attached screenshots).
