Some outdated or wrong translations on cities and countries

There are in fact some outdate or wrong translations in some cities and countries. I will list all the names by their name_localised so it is easier to track

Countries:

czech - In Portuguese the exonym is now Chéquia (República Checa is in desuse for a couple of years).
netherlands - In Portuguese the exonym is now Países Baixos (Holanda is obsolete for a couple of years).

Cities

ajaccio - We use the endonym Ajaccio (Exonym Ajácio is in desuse)
bialystok - We use the endonym with the diacritics Białystok (we do that with all the cities that we don't have exonyms)
bonifacio - We use the endonym Bonifacio (Bonifácio doesn't exist in portuguese)
hannover - We use the endonym Hannover (Hanover is used in Brazilian portuguese)
ioannina - The correct exonym for this city is Ioánnina
kaliningrad - We have an Exonym for this city Kaliningrado
lulea - We use the endonym with diacritics Luleå (like all other swedish and norwegian cities)
malmo - We use the endonym with diacritics Malmö (like all other swedish and norwegian cities)
newcastle_upon_tyne - Maintain the original name Newcastle-upon-Tyne with the hyphen for a better visual
rhodes - We have our own exonym Rodes
tallinn - We use the endonym on the Estonia capital Tallinn
thessaloniki - We have our own exonym Tessalónica or shortened to Salónica (Tessalônica is Brazilian portuguese)
zagreb - We use the endonym on the Croatia capital Zagreb
