Cant get external contracts in dlc areas

I am trying to do the nordic horizons event, but the external contracts do not appear. I had the same problem last year with the greece event. If i go to online settings to connect dlc it says it is not the same steam account as the one linked. But it is the same steam account.

You can try...
Go to your Steam Account, in Euro Truck Simulator, deactive DLC Nordic Horizons... Wait 1 minut aprox, and active DLC.
Start the game and try... Go to a rest area and sleep a couple of times and update Jobs.
