Hey players, we've been hard at work since our dev update last Friday. We didn't do much, this week As you can see, we've added terrain, and QoL improvements to Mojave, CA. Even though it isn't much, we'd still love to hear your feedback on your thoughts about this week's development update. Until then, I'll see you guys when I reply to your feedback next Wednesday! Stay cool!
Sincerely,
Map Team

Re: [WIP] 1:10 Scale USA Map
Been using your 1.10 light mod for a while Trainguy. It's a much better and satisfying experience than 1.20 so I am super exited if this every sees the light of day, but good luck.
For anyone that doesn't know, 3 ingame seconds = 1 real life minute. Trains 1.10 mod alters it to 6 seconds = 1 real life minute.
For someone who spends most of his time in San Diego (ingame) and working specifically in California it is a dream for a 1.1 Cali map.
Or even a 1.6 (15 seconds per mo)
Good luck my man.

Are you planning road routes or just making them up as you go along?
Genuine question as I'm interested in how you will be managing elevation changes through the map.

I'm not really sure how to elaborate on that to be honest.trainguy_modding wrote: 01 Apr 2026 00:50@kidgjc Can you please ellaborate your question, as I don't know exactly what you mean.kidgjc wrote: 30 Mar 2026 17:52 Are you planning road routes or just making them up as you go along?

I was wondering how you are going to manage elevation changes depending on if you're just making up routes as you go or whether you are planning routes so you can match up the elevations when different roads inevitably meet each other.
I imagine it would be very frustrating when roads from busy areas meet but are at different elevation levels and you'd have to go back and adjust them again.
