To play devil's advocate, at least Walinga Trailers is in the cards for a release someday.

Let's hope Thermo King doesn't take too long to appear on ATS.

Ummm, okay. That doesn't seem to excite me. If you had said Wabash or MAC or any other widely seen mfg, I would agree with you. Strictly my opinion.

1.59 is looking to be another dud so far. I had hope when I seen that thermo king blog post, only to be disappointed by no mention of it coming to ATS, like always. Not even Illinois or the new Volvo have been able to get me hyped. With the announcement of the events hiatus, I am better off waiting for a sale.

I’m kinda over ATS at this point. The lack of licensed content compared to ETS2, the infinite delay in trucks, and the weird split visions in map DLC direction has killed all my excitement for the game’s immediate future. I’ll go ahead and step away for the foreseeable future.

Dealing with licensing for American trailer manufacturers is certainly more difficult compared to European ones, even though SCS and ATS already have a history and big recognition. I'm sure Oscar has been working hard to try and negotiate the arrival of these manufacturers.

So, the new Volvo VNL might come along the 1.59, right? The beta should drop soon, I hope

I'm mainly looking forward to a select few new trucks (New VNL, The two classics, W990) and Road Trip. I do have patience though so not too worried about when those will come.

The truck won't be in the beta, it will probably be released a few days (or hours) before Illinois is released like it usually happens when a new truck is on the cover.
