Game crashes 1.58

Hey guys,

According to the game log, the below is causing crashes when this file is encountered:
vehicle/share/models/backhoe_loader/assets/backhoe_loader_lod

I can load the game fine, get to driving, and it will crash in random areas and that file name is the one that shows up in the game log as being an error.

Any ideas on how to fix? I have validated the game files twice already.
