We need to see your whole log file as we don't know if that's a mod error. Have you checked the integrity of your game on Steam? It will also update any mods you use from the workshop at the same time.

i know a few are still out of date, just waiting on update

It's hard to say what's doing that but probably a texture mod for environment, like better grass or something like that
