Bug lag and fps drop

Hello
I'm having problems with American Truck Simulator and Euro Truck Simulator. I recently upgraded to a newer, more powerful PC, but I'm still experiencing frequent freezes and random FPS drops. Everything is up to date, there are no bottlenecks or high temperatures, even after resetting the system and only installing the necessary components for the game to run properly. Nothing has been resolved. What should I do? Is the game not fully optimized?

My specs:
Ryzen 7 9800x3d
RTX 5080 Gaming Trio OC
RAM: 32 GB DDR5 6200

That's weird. I've got at similar setup except an RTX 5070 and my game runs smooth as ever with everything maxed out, but 300% scaling. On my modded profile I have 79 mods too and what I've seen so far it make no difference compared to my vanilla version. One thing though, I don't use any map mods.

Are you running vanilla or modded games?

It's quite strange because I have a pretty powerful setup in my opinion, enough to run everything at maximum settings

Ok, more questions:

Have you checked the integrity of the game on Steam?
Do you play with a lot of employed drivers in your company?
Do you use your own trailers when this happens?
External or regular contracts?

Can't think of anything else. Just need to know what different playing style you have compared to mine.

1 - Yes, I've already done that.

2 - Yes, on American Truck I have the maximum number of drivers.
3 - No, I don't use my own trailers, well, only occasionally.

But aside from the number of drivers, which I doubt is causing the problem, it's strange.
