If you spend a lot of time driving across the highways and countryside of Euro Truck Simulator 2, you’ve probably noticed how often the same trucks appear in traffic. While the base game developed by SCS Software offers a fantastic trucking experience, the AI traffic system can sometimes feel repetitive due to the limited variety of default trucks.
The ETS2 AI Traffic No Default SCS Trucks mod is designed to solve that issue in a simple but effective way.
This mod removes all default SCS trucks from the AI traffic pool. Instead of seeing the same base-game trucks repeatedly on every highway, the game will rely on other installed truck mods and traffic packs to populate the roads. The result is a much more varied and immersive traffic environment.
For players who already use traffic packs, real company trailer mods, or custom truck mods, this mod allows those vehicles to appear more frequently, making the roads feel more realistic and alive.
