Try setting this to 0 in your config file:

00:00:02.543 : uset g_color_feedback "1"

I already change the setting but still the same problem. I try to launch from steam and the game start in a little window at the left corner and after few seconds the game just close and the play button in steam show "play" again

Second most common problem is overzealous anti-virus, there are some brands that you need to disable your anti-virus for the game to run.
Try temporarily disabling yours and see if the game runs.

i recommend not using onedrive
i think you can delete "-windowed -w 1280 -720" parameters. they look weird. and are opposed to settings in config file. so im not sure they do anything good.
if game generates crash log file. post it with game log from same run.

Incorrect. Your log shows your files are on OneDrive:

00:00:00.932 : [ufs] Home directory: 'C:/Users/n2tol/OneDrive/Documents/American Truck Simulator'.

I changed the folder location because I previously had it created in "Documents." I have had OneDrive disabled ever since I installed Windows, as I was experiencing issues with other applications on this PC. I have already made a number of changes—such as adjusting the resolution and other settings yet the game still refuses to launch. Now, it simply attempts to start, the screen goes black for a few seconds, and then nothing happens. I have tried various troubleshooting steps and followed exactly what u said, but it still isn't working
