Controller vibration support

I'm running ATS with a GC101 controller, which is a generic game controller from Amazon. The game recognizes it, and everything works fine EXCEPT there is no vibration. I have Force Feedback turned on. I can't think of anything else to try. The controller isn't broken because I'm able to set the vibration level manually. I tried the Steam controller software but still no vibration. I'm running Windows 10 PC and Steam.

Is vibration on controllers supported in ATS?

Are there other settings to try?
